We check things like accreditations, British standard marks, testimonials, number of years in business and a number of other factors to ensure that the companies your enquiry is going to are reputable and professional.

We will not share, trade or sell your information to third party companies. The only information you will receive will be from companies included as suppliers on this website. These will be companies who provide the services or products you are actively looking for.
- A3: Am I Under Any Obligation By Requesting Information?
No, you are under no obligation. You will receive quotes and information from suppliers in the areas of business you are interested, but you are under no obligation to accept any quotation or proposal you receive.

Leads cost from £15 each for non-exclusive leads. A complete list of prices for the categories included on Active Prospects can be found here. If you wish to purchase exclusive leads, please contact us for rates.
- A3: What Kind of Quality Are The Leads?
All leads come from visitors who are actively seeking your services, so lead quality is very high. These are enquiries who are looking for what your company offers, so it is just a matter for you to convert them into new clients.

- A4: How Do I Receive and Pay For Leads?
All leads are verified by us before being passed on to you via email. You will be invoiced at the
end of each calendar month for the verified leads you have received.
- A5: How Do I Get A Refund For Poor Leads and How Do I Cancel?
We make every effort to cut out gibberish, duplicate and obviously irrelevant leads before you receive them. However, if you do receive a lead you consider of poor quality, you can request a refund by contacting us. Your refund will
be processed and included on your invoice for the next calendar month.
If you wish to cancel your agreement with us, please contact us in writing (or by email) giving 15 days notice of your intent to
cancel. You will be invoiced for any outstanding amount up to and including the cancellation date.
